"I really like the fact that the bag is big with a lot of room to carry my things. I debated whether I was going to keep it, because it is a bit clunky, and the distressed leather is not soft. But, I am keeping it because I find the size right for my walet, phone, and other things that I carry. I am hoping that the leather softens over time. It is also very comfortable to carry on my back, and since I do suffer from back problems, this is a big positive."

"When I purchased this bag I was in love with it and had seen a review from another buyer that had ordered this bag along with a similar one by David & King so I looked at both bags and compaired what was said by what I saw in the pictures and decided to get this one. Well when it finally arrived and I opened the box I was very disapointed because the bag looked cheap, the straps seemed ready to break, and yes the drawstrings and leather was very rough. I mainly got it because I own another Le Donne Purse and love it but since I am disabled and in school I need a purse that can go on the back. Well I sent that bag back and even that was a hassel to do. Went back and forth with eBags for about four days before the package finally got picked up. I do not drive nor do I live with someone who does so trying to take that big box on a bus to the nearest Fedex or UPS store would not have been possible, but in the end it did finally get picked up and now I still have not got my money back for the purse. EBags said they refunded the money to my card but the money is not there. Still I do want to get another purse from EBags and hopefully this time it will not be such a hassel."
