"Bag strap broke after less than 6 months. I don't carry excessive weight in the bag yet while traveling in the airport the strap gave way. There had been a slight tear in the leather so I was not shocked, but for the amount of money I paid I expected way better quality. I had to carry the bag all over the airport. Needless to say I was very upset with this quality issue. The worst part is the bag was a perfect size and I got so many compliments on how great it looked. I would have called and tried to get it replaced but as I was already upset I didn't want to waste additional time and not get a replacement."

"i bought this for my husband's christmas. he needed a bigger one than he had, so he would not ask me to carry his items. we are going on a trip and i am going to ask him to help with carrying my items. he would be glad to do that. we are excited."
