"I have only used this bag for one week so far and I am still debating with myself if I will keep it. However, here is my first take. Great looking bag,very hip and rugged. But it can be stiff. As a petite woman the straps need to be tightened up some, I will add more holes to the straps if I decide to keep it. The zippers are stiff, they do no slide smoothly so for the side pockets you need two hands to get it zippered. As for the pockets. One big pocket that holds allot, wallet, checkbook, 5 by 7 notebook, with room to spare, but it is just a big whole so things move around. There is a small zip pocket inside for small items but it did not fit my little cloth cosmetic bag adequately - a little tight. The side pockets are nice, but if a bit taller it would hold a checkbook vertically, not wide enough to fit it horizontally so I just keep tissues and lip balm in there. It will fit my lg smartphone though, and maybe keys, but it is so stiff that it is hard to access it easily. There is a back zipper pocket, but except for maybe a few papers, since it rests on your back as you carry the bag, I can't think of putting keys or anything else in there for the sake of it not laying flat on you back while carrying it. Overall, I am hoping this bag grows on me and soften up, I like the look and the size even with out much easy organizational pockets. I think would have been better with the main compartment split in two and defiantly softer leather."

"This back pack was smaller than expected. The leather is hard & after a couple of months the outside zipper on the side pocket started separating from the zipper & leather. I liked the style of Le Donne Leather but won't purchase from them again due to the quality. "Once burned, twice shy"..."
