"It is a quality bag, the leather is very soft and seems quite durable. It is a little to large for daily use a lot of the space I don't use. The only thing I would change would be to make the top pocket a little shallower. It would then be easer to reach the zipper pull on the bottom pocket. "Simply put, I couldn't be happier. The multi pocket bag exceeded my expectationa. First, it has a stylish look. The leather is soft and pliable. The interior lining adds a nice finish look. I find the workmanship to be absolutely wonderful and commend the craftsmen for their skill. Even the many zippers work smoothly going around tight corners. If I had the money, I would purchase several of these Le Donne leather bags for all my close friends. My purchase was to be my Christmas present to myself, but there was no way I was going to wait for the holiday. I want to keep the bag in as pristine condition as I received it, and so I researched on line and found a nice cleanser and polish especially designed for fine leather. I even notified eBags of this product, and only wish they would sell it seeing that they have many outstanding leather items in their inventory. I was so excited in viewing the bag for the first time that I went on line again to eBags and ordered a nice tri-folding wallet to be placed in the Le Donne shoulder bag. Lastly, I appreciate the very substantial shoulder strap which I am sure will last the life time of the bag. I give this product a thumbs up and a 10. Thank you eBag for carrying this item. I had a similar-looking black bag for about six years and it wasn't even close to the quality of Le Donne. Just to highlight the fine qualities, I decided to order my bag in the tan leather color rather than a black one. Thank you once again for an outstanding product."

"I bought this handbag because i need to carry many daily items and have used it for travel as well. It is great for both, has a marvelously classy appearance and is well worth the price. I wish that the shoulder strap had a sliding pad as some bags do to keep it stable when is is full for over the shoulder. I am completely satisfied never the less."

"Several items could use improvement. The strap would be more user friendly if it also had a hand strap available. ( I don't like carrying bags like a purse, so I had the strap modified by a leather maker at additional cost to me). The zippers are new but starting to fray already. The leather is nice and thick, but seems to collapse if the bag isn't full."
