"Solidly built for the price range. Better than what you would find in a discount store at this price point. The downsides of this cart are the wheels and the bungee. The wheels are a hard plastic with a rough surface that I assume is intended to provide traction. However, the roughness also makes for a noisy cart with some vibration when you are rolling on a hard floor surface.The wheels would also be better if they were a larger diameter. Larger diameter wheels are easier to pull up a set of stairs when you don't have the choice of an elevator. The bungee is too short. In the catalog picture the handle is telescoped in, so the point where you see the bungee attached is about the halfway point of the cart height. The bungee does not stretch much further. There is no chance that you will be able to stretch it up to the handle when fully extended. The bungee attachment to the base also suffers from a design flaw that I have seen in other carts. The bungee is looped around the front foot of the base so it is in contact with the ground when the cart resting on the base. One day using the cart to move some light boxes with a half a dozen or so roundtrips of about one block each resulted in significant wear in the location where the bungee touches the floor. If I did this regularly, I suspect the bungee would break in a week or two. My usual use for this cart is to carry a musical instrument case. So I took the bungee off and have wrapped a luggage strap around the instrument case and the upright of the cart. This solved the bungee design issue for my application. You could do the same thing with a suitcase, but it won't solve the problem if you are hauling boxes, crates or more than one piece of luggage"

"I like it so far as I only used it for the first time this weekend. I have to say the negative feature of this cart is the wheels are very noisy, on any surface, you could hear me coming a mile away. I was going through Union Station in DC and I was embarrassed wheeling this through."

"My Grammie bought this for me. I am a cheerleader and it works great for carrying my cheer box that I stand on at games. Otherwise, I have to carry it with my books inside the box and it is all very heavy."

"I just got back from a month-long European trip using this cart. WHAT A LIFE-SAVER! I used it everyday - for hauling luggage, groceries, spa bag, etc. It received hard, through-the-snow, over-the-cobblestones, loaded with bottled water, piled-high with multiple packages - use. Of course, you have to add your own bungees/straps, and modify how/where you tie-up. (The strap it comes with breaks quickly.)Still, I am a fan! I couldn't have gotten around, in-and-out of trains, over curbs, along long transfers, without it. GREAT PRODUCT!"
