I use it in my car for long travel but recently am suffering from a pinched nerve in my back so bought another one for my chair. It is perfect to take on airplanes ...can be deflated and put in your purse."

"I have had this pillow for many years and wouldn't go on an airplane or long car ride without it. Never had any problems with it. Works great for lumbar support on an airplane, but I've used it as padding next to the armrest, or plane wall as well. Just inflating it a little and it conforms to my back nicely. "I purchased my first inflatable backrest about 5 years ago from a travel store. It developed a slow leak so I was trying to replace it when I saw it on eBags. I was very happy to have found it because it really works well for plane trips where the seats are too deep for me."

"I'm tall. I use inflatable backrests for airline seats and they make all the difference. My all time favorite is the one Lewis N Clark *used* to make, which had a button on the valve you could push on to let some air out. With this it was easy to adjust for decreasing cabin pressure during climb out. This valve is still available on their U shaped head and neck rest, but not on any lumbar supports I can find. A big disappointment. The absence of that valve reduces this product from "great! What satisfyingly good design, a pleasure to use" to "It works, it's fine.""

"I've had at least 10 of your back pillows and find them more comfortable than any other that I have tried. My only complaint is that the seal around the air valve breaks very easily especially if the pillow is left in a warm car for more than a few minutes. I usually use your product in the car.
