"I bought 2 of these for my daughters for long car trips. The quality is fine, but the neck size is terrible. The pictures are very misleading. It would support a 1yr-3 yr old's neck, not a 4 or 5 yr old's neck comfortably. It's too small for my 5 yr old (age at the time I bought it). I would not recommend it or at least suggest putting an age limit on your website."
