"The pillow is plus and firm with foam as the material for the inner workings. For what I am going to have to use this for it will be great and afford me some much needed pain relief I hope. The only compliant I have is that it states it comes with batteries and mine had none. This is minor to me based on the fact I won't use the massage feature any way. I mention the batteries simply for those who count on them and they don't receive them. If a product states batteries are included then they should be there when your order arrives."
