"I love the idea of a waterproof case and it probably saves many, many iPhones! MY CONCERNS: I am confused about the positive reviews on this case b/c Ive purchased two and tried out another one just to be sure of the same results!!! With that said, this case significantly reduces the SOUND and the sound that you do hear is terribly muffled. I wanted this case to work so badly that I even went to the specialty store that sold it and made sure the case was installed correctly. Also, I called the makers of Lifeproof Products to ask for help resolving my issues. It's really not hard,but I couldn't believe this case causes the SOUND to be so horrible! Additionally, the HEADPHONES have to be screwed in every time you take them off/on the phone if you want to have a truly waterproof case. And last, but not least unfortunately while the case is one the phone is very difficult to plug in and charge!!!!!"

"Headphone jack is ridiculous, who wants to screw unscrew this constantly. Without using this screw adapter, no headphones will plug in. Case muffles sound from speakers significantly. Case makes it hard to plug and unplug charger. Case makes it harder to push power and other buttons and very hard to use mute button. Only good thing seems to be drop proof. Look elsewhere and save money besides!"
