"This is the first review I have written, but my experience with this luggage was such that I was so inclined. While I had read other reviews questioning the durability of this luggage, I was really surprised at how fragile it actually was. On a 3 week trip to India, the first time it was used, it sustained tears on the fabric, and significant scuffs on the plastic. After one trip it looked worse than luggage I have had for several years. (Please note that there were 10 people on this trip and mine was the only luggage that looked so "distressed") In terms of design and material, the plastic grippers on the handles are very poorly designed. The are stiff and open easily in transport--a situation which is sure to lead to the straps being ripped off on a conveyer belt. I will however, give positive feedback on this luggage regarding its light weight and how well it packs. But again, beware that it will show wear to the extreme. I would not purchase this again."

"Love the compact storage. Love the really large interior-these can be STUFFED and I need that! Wish the exterior material was a bit sturdier, can get some wear in airline baggage."

"This bag is really useful for transporting a bunch of large or bulky items in one bag and keeping it under airline baggage weight limits. Airline staff have commented to me how lightweight this bag is. Unfortunately, on its first use a couple months ago, it arrived at the baggage claim with several tears around its bottom edges. The bag is made well enough that these tears have not expanded despite many subsequent flights, although the bag quickly begins to look dirty. As Lippault requested, I sent them a photo of the tears, but their warranty does not cover any airline damage unlike some of my other luggage."

"i haven't traveled with it yet, but it is spacious, attractive, seems solid enough. i didn't have to buy a luggage tag -- one came with it -- which was a nice touch. anyway we'll know more about durability after a month of knocking around england and france!"

"I love the color. It was so easy to spot. I would have liked the bag it came in to be a little larger, it is a tight fix. Opening makes it easy to pack and there are enough pockets so that small things are easy to locate."
