"The appearance can't be beat... It's professional and stylish, which is always better over plain brown or black!"

"I purchased the chocolate-colored bag and it is gorgeous. It has tons of pockets. I'm a professor who tends to tote lots of books around. I can put several thick textbooks in the back of this bag. It is very roomy. The laptop section is well-padded and it's easy to quickly pull the computer out for airport check points, etc. The handle appears to be well-made. the 360-wheels maneuver beautifully. The zippers are spectacular. They are very sturdy and much stronger than the zippers that are on my other luggage. That being said, this bag is still new to me. I think it will hold up well, but only time will tell. I loved the style of this bag so much after it arrived that I ordered the matching 21 in and 25 in suitcases. One thing that I should mention is that this bag does have the California Proposition 65 warning label, which says this bag may contain chemicals that cause cancer. I didn't realize it until after I had taken the tags off. I have decided that I'm not going to worry about that tag, however. From what I can tell, everything sold in the state of California has that tag now. It seems like the warning is pointless. I may be mistaken, but it looks like every piece of luggage in the state of California is required to have the tag. If that's the case, the only really way to avoid it is to purchase a bag that won't potentially be sold in California. That tag may be there just because the bag has some leather on it and technically the cow may have eaten some dirt that had some lead in it. Nonetheless, people planning to purchase the bag might want to read about the proposition before they purchase the bag. I was shocked when I first saw it."

"This item looks pretty, but do not let the looks fool you. I have had this bag for 6 months and I carry it a few times a month for travel. After 3 months the threading on the handle started to come out but I did not think much of it. On my current trip the handle completely broke and is unusable. The company London Fog outsources is Leisure Luggage, whom you have to go through for all warranty related issues. They told me it will be almost two weeks before they can even get to my request because they only have one person handling all of the requests. This is absurd, the customer service is terrible. I will never purchase London Fog again."

"Love it! The bag doesn't fall over forward when fully loaded, as my old bag did. Very stable. Has lots of space and lots of pockets for organization. It's quite handsome."

"I have been traveling with a laptop computer since 1991 and in that time I have gone through many computer bags. The London Fog Chelsea Lites 17 is very easy to organize with a good number of sections and a good padded place for the computer. The extendable handle is good quality and the wheels seem to be very sturdy. The only thing I would ad to this bag would be a removable shoulder strap for carrying on a plane or in a crowd."

"It is great looking, well organized, and seems very durable. It holds an extra large capacity of papers, notebooks and folders for work, or enough for overnight in the occasional travel I do. I would definately buy this product again. The only negitive at all was the cheap little excuse for a lock that came with it. If I need to lock it, I'll use my own lock."

"This is a beautiful bag, but too big to use every day and not perfect for travel. It was the best of 6 that I looked at, but once I started using it I saw its flaws. It is a heavy bag, it does not have a strap to hold it to my suitcase handle, the pull out handle does not stay locked, it has three full sections, I would have preferred two and have them larger. That being said, it did hold my computer, plug and files, my ebook, and my usual carry on items: a neck pillow, my medicines, and a full change of clothing. The small pockets in the front were handy for my glasses and to throw my receipts so I knew where they were. I really appreciated the heavy duty zippers. The other bag I almost went with had cheap smaller zippers that got stuck when I was packing it. I will be using it again for a trip in a few weeks, so maybe I will change my mind, but for now I will say it is not the bag for me."
