"Outstanding. I normally use it for storage of all of my DSLR items (camera body, 18-270mm superzoom lens, 18-55mm lens, flash, cords, battery charger, power adapter, etc.) I have used it for a couple of business trips when it also holds my 17" laptop computer. That way I can take my photos at events, download and edit them and then e-mail my images the same day. With all of the stuff in my the bag it does weigh over 20 pounds but the design of the bag is such that when it's worn as the backpack it distributes the weight evenly and comfortably. Striding through airports with it on is good aerobic exericse! The best part about a backpack design is that it leaves my hands free, not like having a heavy off-center shoulder bag that can become awkward."

"I love the Lowepro bags. I have several. I am constantly trying to figure out the best configuration of bags for my international trips. Carry-on vs checked bags and carrying my camera gear vs how much personal stuff to carry on. This bag is perfect for putting under the seat keeping my cameras and personal items close. When I get to my destination it is also perfect for day trips and keeping my camera gear safe. I feel this is a great carry-on bag in conjunction with a roller (backpack under the seat and roller in the overhead) especially for those who are carrying cameras and a laptop. I do like this bag. I bought this bag because my Lowepro Flipside 300 did not have a place for my laptop. However I do like my Flipside too."

"The bag is well organized with the exception that it has no loops for a tripod or mono-pod. Also if you have a 17" monitor it is a very hard fit. Probably the only other thing that I can say is I wish there was a way to have ventilation between your back and the backpack. When hiking with a full pack it traps the heat. Other than those two items the bag is great."

"Overall I really like this bag. As others have said this is a bit large for a person of my height (5' 4"), but it was comfortable and met my needs. The bottom section that is for your camera equipment fit everything I needed, which included lenses, chargers, convertors, my Flip and a few filters (I used this bag for a trip to Europe). The top section was enough room for me to hold my Boise headset, some snacks, pens, BlackBerry and other small items. I did not use the computer section for my laptop; instead it held my e-reader and a few magazines. The bag is very durable and even with my equipment was not heavy because the bag has very good weight distribution, which I was surprised by. I liked this bag because I was able to use one bag to carry on-board the airplane. However, the drawback is that the bag is a little too large to walk in crowds and feel comfortable doing so. I may look to purchase the Fastpack100 for day trips and car adventures, as I do not feel I need a bag this large on a regular basis."
