"Excellent product, very sturdy and has a lot of padding to protect the camera from getting damaged. I loved the waste belt and the way it is used to access the camera, used it several times when on a hiking trail, it forms an excellent platform. The bag distributes the weight very evenly and is very easy to carry. The padding on the shoulder straps is awesome. The appearance of the bag is very sporty and looks great. I would not have bought a better bag than this one for my camera. The gear I store in the bag: (Nikon D90, 18-55MM VR Lens, 50MM f1.8D Lens, SB600 Flash, Panasonic Lumix FZ7, Chargers for (Nikon + Lumix + Flash Batteries), Manuals, Extra batteries for flash, 3-filters, Nikon Remote, Cleaning brushes, Extra Memory cards, Slik 300 EZ tripod)"

"Liked the bag its seems to have good balance, for standing up and not falling over even with my D40 and 300mm lens with hood attached fits with room to spare."

"This bag is well organized with adjustable dividers that accommodates and protects my gear. Took it on a vigorous mountain snowmobiling trip. It kept my camera and lenses dry and safe. My only disappointment is the plastic snap that holds the shoulder straps together in front broke the third day I used it."

"Most, if not all, the reviews regarding these bags fail to take into consideration one of the most essential elements of any outdoor activity where hiking is involved, as is often the case in nature/landscape photography. I'm talking about WATER (hydration) for the photographer. These glorified camera bags have NO PROVISION for a water bottle (or a bladder, as many newer packs/EDCs/BOBs/etc. have), and, in my opinion, fail to provide a simple but highly desirable feature of any backpack, regardless of the fact that its primary purpose may have been to carry a camera. When you carry camera equipment outdoors for hours and/or miles, water is almost always essential in the things you take along. How much trouble or expense can it be to add a simple piece of fabric (netting?) to one or both sides of the bag to hold a water bottle? Anyone who's had any experience in the great outdoors (where physical activity is part of the equation) knows the benefit of having water readily acessible while you pursue your primary objective of getting great photographs. When the water bottle holder is added, I'll consider buying the product. Enough said. Get-R-Done!"

"This is an awesome back pack. My only suggestion is to make the same backpack "waterproof". I can fit all of my camera gear in this pack, and it fits beautifully on my back. However, I still need to make sure I have a waterproof cover for it. Love the fact that the zipper is against your back - great security for city adventures. Please consider making same pack "waterproof" and you will have the perfect camera bag!"

"Love it! Incredible attention to the tiniest detail. Holds my Sony body with 300mm Tamron lens without a problem, and still has room for other items. I see why Lowepro has such a great reputation."

"Got this bag for a Canon 5D Mk2, 70-200 2.8IS and 24-70 2.8, along with 430EX flash. My one issue with the bag is the lens hoods will not fit along with the equipment. They are very bulky, and most of the time, this forces me to either leave them behind, or carry them separately, rather a PITA. With an upcoming vacation trip, I'd like to bring the hoods, but with gear and carry-on constraints, the hoods will probably get left behind. The bag is comfortable to wear, and I like the upper sliding sternum strap, but I find the waist strap and method of rotating the bag, with the entire weight dangling from this strap to get inside, rather awkward and clumsy. If it were to break or come loose, a lot of money would hit the ground hard. Rather just take the bag off and open it normally to get something out. A good concept, but needs some work to make it more usable in this respect for me."

"I was able to use this to carry a Panasonic DVX-100 (with Matte Box attached) as well as Nikon D70s and an unattached 50mm lens. I was also able to have a shotgun microphone, lav mic and two XLR cables in the bag. Batteries and tapes in the pouch were also included. The bag went through security great and fit perfectly in the overhead bin. A great value for needing an affordable solution for a photo/video travel bag."
