"Excellent and appealing backpack for taller kids 6 and up. They are ready for school and a day hike/trip. For schooluse just take of the hipbelt and chest belt (has whistle). Plenty space, two compartments, great waterbottle side pockets (no losing bottles anymore). Great fit for taller 6 up until small frame female. Backpanel is not sweaty in HOT Houston weather, which is another plus for us. For daytrips just slip in a frozen waterbag (platypus) and we have hydration on the go. We use straps on back to secure sweater or jacket. Great handle on top. Bag is light, good quality. Using it now for two weeks with much excitement; let's see how long it will last!!"
