"The bag is extremely well constructed of good materials. Absolutely LOVE the convertible design from messenger to backpack. I think it would work very well for most people. I decided to return it bc it didn't meet my needs. I am a bike commuter. Here were my concerns: 1) it was heavy. The fabric is a little thick/padded. 2) I couldn't tell from the photos much about the internal organization, and there just isn't that much. 3) i think the bag is boxier and bulkier than what I thought it would be, from the photos. I really don't want to disrespect the product. I just think it is hard to evaluate without seeing it in person. Didn't work."
