"I love that it's big enough to hold my laptop as well as a few notebooks and texts. Also there is nice padding/protection inside the bag for the laptop. I don't love that you have to buy the shoulder pad to attach to the strap separately. Seriously, that should come with the bag. I also wish there were additional pockets, even if just small ones, on the inside. And it's not that big a deal, but the two outer pockets under the flap use velcro. I wish they used snaps. Velcro is loud, that's all. Still, with everything I can fit in the bag, I'm happy with the purchase."
