"Great bag. Only downside is that the two clasps on the front of the bag are sometimes hard to fully close."

"The female side of the latch mechanism has pulled out of the briefcase numerous times. Sent back to the factory once ($12 in postage! within a month and a half of owning), and the issue is still a major problem. Happened to both left and right latches, with bag partially filled or heavily (but reasonably) filled. Needs to be redesigned in how it attaches to bag. When latch is detached, bag cannot be carried. Cannot recommend with current design."

"Nice overall design and have received many compliments. The only design flaw I see are the two front snap clasps one continues to come loose an I'm concerned over a short period of use it may come off. I hope this doesn't happen and if it does, the manufacturer warranties their work."

"Nice bag. I get lots of compliments. Internal organization is very unusual, but I really like it. Overall, highly recommended. Three minor complaints. The strap is set up like a belt, with a buckle and a series of holes with nice metal grommets. That much is really nice. But the hole that makes for the shortest strap is still a bit too long for me - and I'm 6 tall. Also, there is no loop to restrain the end of the strap, so it ends up kinda sticking out. Finally, the clips that hold the outer flap down are fussy and do not clip and unclip very well. (The buckles in the picture are decorative and cover the actual clips.)"
