"Great design. Good price. Not as durable as I had hoped."

I expected the padded laptop pocket would be in the middle compartment for maximum protection, but it's on the outside pocket and has no padding on the exposed surface, nor does it have a strap to secure the laptop inside the bag. Also, the stitching on one of the handles has begun to unravel after less than a month of daily use, and the padding has come unglued from the shoulder strap. The bag does not sit upright because it doesn't hold its shape when empty,and looks squished most of the time because of this."

"I bought this item - after looking at ? hundreds to choose from - and am VERY pleased with my purchase. I am 49/female reverend - needed something to hold everything from Bible to remote to umbrella - to reading glasses, pens, music, messages - I LOVE this bag - while for most women my age i would imagine once it's loaded up it's on the heavy side - for me - it's alright - i do not carry my laptop in here - so no comments on 'that' aspect - it does have a very well padded inner section for it (where I keep my Bible) ... Just wish the SAME style/design would come in a canvas ? it would be much lighter (but then would not have the 'structure' and 'standability' of this one) ... You will not be disappointed in this as a purchase."

A pull out for folders that would bring them out in a group would have been nice. I love the bag and its look, that can only be described as rich and handsome."
