"I am sales person and spend 60 percent of my time traveling or working out of hotels. I have gone through several bags via Staples and took a chance on ordering a product that I could not see or touch. The quality is great, it is deceptive, but very roomy with many pockets for organizing. My 15" laptop has plenty of room and suspect that this would work for much larger laptops. The strap is comfortable and does not get bound and twisted, which is nice when walking through airports. It is also light in comparison to other leather bags that I have used. The bag looks very nice and is very presentable. Overall, I doubt that I would purchase another bag from another manufacturer. Also, eBags was great. Fast shipping, nice communication, delivered what I ordered with no issues."

"The bag itself is great. My issue has been with the shoulder strap, specifically the clips at the end of the strap. The clip broke in half on the second day of use. eBags customer support was superb and shipped me a new bag immediately (they had to ship a whole new bag instead of just the strap). Unfortunately, the second strap had the same problem. Finally, I bought a replacement strap with real metal clips. Problem solved, the bag has been great ever since. I use this bag every day commuting to and from work on the subway."
