"The handle is much too short. I am 5Ƌ" and my foot hits the bag as I walk. In NYC, its imperative to move quickly and this bag doesn't help. If I decide to keep it, I must walk with it at my side which isn't great when walking in crowds."

"I've only been using this bag for a few weeks, but have had complete strangers in hotels and airports approach me to complement the bag. Divider in center of bag and the multiple pockets in front flap provide ample organization. The only complaint I have is some sloppy stitching on the shoulder strap."
