"This is my third bag. The first lasted through a weekly travel routine for several years before the handle hardware failed. It was great. The second lasted about a year before the handle hardware failed. I've had the 3rd bag for about 3 weeks and the handle hardware has failed. It is a gorgeous bag and I get tons of compliments but for the price I want it to work. As much as I love this bag (and I really do) I'm not sure that I would buy another one."

"It is fantastic! My shoulder are grateful for not having to carry so much now that I can nicely put it all in the bag. It is functional for many situations, it is roomy, has lots of compartment space to fill with power cords, Bluetooth technology, etc. The ability to remove the bag or just carry it up stairs w/o much difficulty is very useful. The rollers are smooth and move with you on turns or bumpy areas. In this first week of use, I have had over 5 compliments on it. I also appreciate that it is good quality. I doubt I will ever have to buy another again.This should last forever."

"I absolutely love the appearance of the bag. It stands out and yet is classy and polished. I am a little bit concerned whether the extendable handle and plastic frame are durable enough because I put a lot of wear and tear on my work bags. So far though it is wonderful!"

"Very convenient way to get to the office each day and I love not hurting my back. Nice pockets and laptop protector. I slip an umbrella in the back so it's always on hand. Only drawback is it's a bit heavy if you have to carry it down stairs if there are no ramps."
