"They sent me the wrong one -- I ordered black but they sent red. I decided to keep it because on a flight I saw a lady w/ this exact bag. Overhead bins were full so she had to check her bag but flt. attendant said the bag was too pretty and nice to check, so he found a spot for her bag in first class. It's a durable good looking bag, but does not have all that much space inside. You have to fully unzip to really be able to get stuff in/out. I find the slide in cushion case for the laptop to be a bit bulky for quickly pulling in/out of security check-ins. A couple times the bag has fallen over/off my carry on and contents of my briefcase end up all over the floor. But once I get used to this bag, I think it will be fine. I really do not carry that much paper w/ me anyway. Has some nice little pockets inside for glasses, cell phone, pens and a nice zipper pocket to put flash drives and other valuables. You have to make sure you don't lose the clips that attach the roller if you decide to detach and carry it. I have not used the adjustable shoulder strap though because it looks to skinny and uncomfortable for one's shoulder. Overall a good bag just different than my previous ones. I do not feel like the roller mechanism on this bag is cheap - will probably last my heavy business travel."

"As other reviewers have mentioned, what sets this bag appart from others is its femininity. I have seen many wheeled cases... all of them "luggage looking" in construction... and couldn't bring myself to purchase one. I'm a woman, I have style, I don't want to be lumped with all the men but rather stand out on my own. This bag allows me to do that. It's made of nice quality leather, the stitching is strong, and it holds quite a bit. It's not for those who need to lug a ton, but my 15.4" laptop fits the sleeve (snug, but it does fit), there's room for a few files and my leather portfolio, and in the front area I carry a power cord, extra USB connector, and some basics like pens, extra discs, etc. The detachable wheels are a GREAT idea. It does take a few minutes to remove them and then conceal the open zippers, and it's not the most graceful task, so I'd recommend removing it prior to meeting your clients! That being said, those minor inconveniences are a small price to pay for the ability to relieve my neck and shoulder of the burdon of a briefcase. I purchased the red and it's gorgeous. It's a show-stopping shade very similar to the color of lipstick the starlets wore in the 50's and 60's. I'd recommend looking at all of the colors directly on the McKlein website (www.mckleinusa.com) because the interior and thread colors are sometimes ususual and obvious (such as what appears to be red thread with black leather, and orange thread with brown leather). The interiors also come in different colors (mine is orange). I found the McKlein representatives very helpful in answering any questions I had. Oh, if anyone is interested in the pink, the rep told me it was closer to a bubble-gum pink than a blush pink :)"

"This is my third bag. The first lasted through a weekly travel routine for several years before the handle hardware failed. It was great. The second lasted about a year before the handle hardware failed. I've had the 3rd bag for about 3 weeks and the handle hardware has failed. It is a gorgeous bag and I get tons of compliments but for the price I want it to work. As much as I love this bag (and I really do) I'm not sure that I would buy another one."

"Yes, it's beautiful. Yes, I got lots of compliments. And yes, the ability to take it off the wheels is appealing. BUUUUUTTTT, you can't fit much in the bag. (You can fit more if you stuff things into the section where the handle is.) And, it's heavy, the leather is beautiful, but scruffs easily. I travel every week - and the appeal of taking off the wheels was the reason for buying the bag, but I was sad to find out it didn't have much usable room for *everything* I wanted to take (my iPod, cables, laptop, portfolio, etc.) I'll use it when I don't travel so much. But I was dissapointed given it's beauty, that it's function was less than I hoped."

"I absolutely love this bag. I am a manager in an architecture firm and am out of the office visiting clients more often than I am in the office. I am constantly needing to have access to my laptop and a variety of other tools, making a sizeable bag necessary. This is the first bag that I have found that can hold more than just the laptop and keep it all organized. My bag is the sand color, and I have received so many compliments - nearly everywhere I go people comment on it. The detachable wheels are pure genius, and I find that even when I don't use the wheels, the bag never feels overloaded - it's very well balanced. (Now if only they would make a comparably cool men's bag.)"

"It is fantastic! My shoulder are grateful for not having to carry so much now that I can nicely put it all in the bag. It is functional for many situations, it is roomy, has lots of compartment space to fill with power cords, Bluetooth technology, etc. The ability to remove the bag or just carry it up stairs w/o much difficulty is very useful. The rollers are smooth and move with you on turns or bumpy areas. In this first week of use, I have had over 5 compliments on it. I also appreciate that it is good quality. I doubt I will ever have to buy another again. This should last forever."

"I purchased this item for my wife. She travels heavily and she is on the go all the time. She has gone through three bags in less than 2 years. This has been the only bag that meets both, aesthetics and usability according to her experience."

"I had read the reviews and was intrigued by this bag. I was seeking a rolling bag (I live in New York City and my back was killing me from toting a heavy laptop and files every day on the subway) that didn't look like it belonged to a man. I ordered this bag in the light blue and I've had more compliments on it than I ever expected...by men and women both, especially people who travel a lot like me. People on three different occasions have likened the color to "Tiffany box blue," which I love! Like the earlier reviews, I agree that there isn't a lot of extra space for items beyond my laptop. One day, I tried putting an extra pair of shoes in it and I could barely close it...heck, it hardly fits my makeup bag. But if you're using this primarily for your laptop and you want to make a very good impression, this is your bag. Go EBags!"

"It is very well made and very attractive. I really like the padded sleeve that holds my laptop - with pockets in it. I wish it were a smidge more roomy, as my computer and charger cords eat up a lot of room, but it keeps me from overpacking. The retractable handle is a good length and mine has an oval/padded handle ring - that is VERY comfortable. When the wheels are on, the firm back and the strap that goes over my luggage makes it easy to put on top of my suitcase. It makes it easy to tote through the airport. Rolls right under the airline seat - fits nicely. Rolls well also. Gets lots of compliments. I purchased the bone colored bag as I was in the mood for something different - it stays clean and looks crisp. My eBags experience was EXCELLENT - order arrived really quickly."

"They delivered exactly as promised. The wheeled bag is a great improvement over carrying the "normal" computer bag through an airport. The transition to a bag to take to the office after arrival is even better than I expected bacause the design hides the zippers. The bag is handsome and functional."
