"I returned this bag within a week of purchasing it because the handle got stuck in the extended position. After many attempts and with the help of my husband I was able to get the handle lowered so that the bag could fit in the original carton to be returned. I did not want to take a chance on exchanging the bag because I was afraid that it would become defective after the warranty expired. Additionally, the push button mechanism on the handle is in a very awkward spot and I had to contort my hand just to get the handle raised and lowered, which I believe is a real design flaw. I own another detachable briefcase by this same manufacturer which I have used for years and which looks as good as new. I have had absolutely no problems with the handle on that bag, but that handle is designed differently than this one."

"I love this bag and used it for the first time on a flight this week. Many people commented on it and asked where I found it. The only setback I see to it is that it does not hold much. The leather is very tight and it is not very large but that worked out fine. It forced me to travel lighter. It forced me to take my smaller laptop also because my 15' did not fit in it well. Love the color, quality and design. You can unzip the bag from the wheel section and there is a rain cover hidden behind the bag when you unzip it. Overall great product!"

"I've had this bag for about a year now and it still looks and feels new. (I used it on about 15 business trips, and daily use to and from the office) No visible wear and still functions as well as it did when I first received it. I purchased this last year, as I was beginning to travel more for work. It was a lifesaver. Other reviews have mentioned that the inside space is limited but more than enough for a laptop, power cords, full size large mouse, file folders, and then room for a little more. With all of that an iPad case will fit in the front pocket. (here's a hint, you can store extra stuff between the bag and the roller back!) Just zip it in. It fits under regular coach airplane seats as long as there aren't any bars or anything limiting the normal space. I have had a few overhead bins that it didn't fit in because of the roller base. I have received numerous compliments on the style."
