"Simply put - you get what you pay for. this bag is cheaply made and photo makes it look much better. first, it is made of cheap cowhide, that is not even assembled to make leather grain look more or less even. when looking at this bag, you see that it was made of MANY completely different patches of leather - all of varied grades, making this bag look cheap. some parts are soft and supple, other are tough with large cowhide leather grains, others just look like cheap discolored vinyl. Stitching too, leaves a lot to be desired. It just looks and feels cheap. the only thing this bag has going for it is the size - that was why i purchased it, but returning it promptly. also agree with other reviewers on quality of hardware as well as shoulder strap. this bag is on a heavier side to begin with and when loaded, weights quite a bit - well, strap hinges are so thin that they start bending when bag is at 10 lbs total, and i bet they break shortly thereafter. overall zippers look and feel cheap as well, pockets do not close smoothly, and zipper pulls already have scuffed-up matte look right out of the bag, and with 2 days of handling, look even worse. go with another bag, unless you want to carry a large clunk of vinyl-looking brick on your shoulder."

"I love this bag, it has a lot of pockets with tons of storage. Despite this I would not buy this bag again. The shoulder strap hooks/clips that attach to the bag are its weakest point. My clips broke off within 3 months of regular use. Contacting the companys customer service doesn't help either. So you are stuck out on your own."

"I have not had it long enough to know how well it will hold up.The overall quality seems to be good.It has plenty of space for my laptop and several books.It has many pockets for things such as phones or other items. If you need a lsrge case this is excelent."
