"I had a hard time finding a bag that would fit my 17" laptop, so I was pleased to find this one and happy that it was so affordable. I use it every day. However, the stiching on the handles frayed after about one month, and it looks very cheap now. I would not recommend this bag."

"I love this bag. It is solid, dependable, and attractive. I use it for work and as an everyday bag. I don't carry a laptop, but I commute by train to work and need space for a paperback, lunch, and everyday purse items. I like the bag so much that when I decided to get another tote for summer I chose another Mobile Edge. The only fault the bag has is one I've seen mentioned elsewhere - the handles are looking a bit ragged. But they are sturdy, and after having a few cheaper bags that fell apart on the train I am content."

"I've been very pleased with my previous eBags purchases, but I'm very disappointed with this one. I know it's "faux croc" but the material is actually very "cheap" looking (compared to other faux leather I've seen). The organization of the interior seems like it would work for my needs - I'm a designer carrying my laptop, external hard drive, power cord, mouse and various small items with me everyday - but I didn't think the exterior or interior bag material, or the overall construction would hold up for long with my daily use. (The leather laptop bag I bought 4 years ago from eBags is still going strong! But when I got a new laptop, I decided to treat myself to a new bag as well.) Again, I'm very disappointed with this Milano bag and I returned it without ever using it."
