"This is my favorite bag! I have had my Milano bag for at least 6 years. The quality is great, it shows absolutely NO wear and tear. It looks as good today as it did the day I bought it. GREAT BUY...would definitely buy again!"

"I just received the bag and it seems to be very sturdy. It's not a shiny as it appears in the picture which is a plus for me. The red velvety interior is a nice touch and there are a number of pockets to keep everything inside organized. The bag seems to be lighter than others that I've used to carry my laptop with. So far, happy with this purchase."

"The inside of this item is red which I thought was awesome at the time. While using it, the red color came off on my french manicure and made my nails look awful. Also I had a white sunglass case tht is now different shades of pink. I would not purchase this again or recommend this product. I have tried to remove the pink stain and can not."

"love it! looks very professional and high end. Very organized inside. Also bag is not heavy like other Tote bags. I'll def. buy this again. I carry my ipad, iphone, wallet, and small toiletries.. it's perfect! Also large enough to hold a laptop (has a little area for this inside)."
