"I've used this tent four times before the temperature dropped to below freezing during the day. It is extremely easy to set up. I have not had any issues with durability. The tent is about half a pound heavier than listed, but it packs up nicely. Very glad that I made the purchase."

"I'm a wildland firefighter and I use this tent on 2-3 week fire assignments. It is roomy enough for me and some of my gear. It has ample stow pockets and a mesh storage "attic". It is lightweight, sets up quickly, has good ventilation, is stable in wind, has a fly with excellent coverage, and has the best tent stakes I've ever seen supplied with a tent. Poles and tabs are color coded to aid in setup. It is an excellent value for the price. My only two negatives/suggestions: the green color is a bit funky/bright. The zippers for exiting the doors and zipping covers over doors are easily confused. I'd suggest different color pulls to ease confusion. Buy it."

"I bought this tent because of the ratings, the weight, and the price. I am an avid outdoorsman and love to hike and hunt in the backcountry so I wanted a tent that seemed to fit the bill for my needs. I have used this tent on an overnighter in 0 degree weather and it kept the wind, snow, and chill out. It also breathes well with the multiple vents. I awoke and no build up condensation was in the tent like some other tents I have owned. It fits well in my pack. The poles are great. There is plenty of room in the tent for two. The two doors are great so you dont have to climb over the other person to get out when duty calls in the middle of the night. This tent seems as well built as some of the big name tents that are triple the cost. Yeah it weighs a little more but it doesnt break the bank. This tent is a steal. Mountainsmith hit a homerun with this tent."

"I bought this tent to take on motorcycle trips. It's small enough to pack in the saddle bag even with the poles. Iv'e only used it a few times and had no experience with it in the rain. It seems to be of pretty good quality especially for the money. It makes a good one person tent with room for me and my gear. I took it to the lake before going on a motorcycle trip to make sure I had no problems with it, which I didn't. On this first outing there was plenty of room for me and my dog. She is an English Mastiff, so I guess it would be safe to say it would fit two people fairly comfortably (the wife and grandkids were in the camper). Set up is straight forward. No problem with zippers. The rain fly covers the tent, but there is minimal room for storage. Overall it is a good tent for the money and I am happy with my purchase."

"Seems to be a great tent for the price - easy to assemble, light weight and compact. Kept us very dry during a light rain - have not yet used it during heavy rain or storms."

"I haven't taken it backpacking yet, but when it arrived, my 14 year old daughter opened the package and set up the tent within minutes. It looks like the perfect size, high quality, and has great features (2 doors, directions printed on the tent bag, easy set up). We can't wait to take it out in the wilderness and put it to the test."

"Great first tent! Perfect size for one person camping with gear. Pretty easy to set up by yourself with the idiot proof color coded poles and tabs. It does take a bit of careful folding to get it back into the carry bag, but I was impressed with how small it packs up. We'll see how well it holds up to the elements this summer!"
