"The luggage is excellent. Great appearance and very very great quality. The weight is very good. It is not heavy. Therefore you can add as much as you want with less worry about airline weight limit. The only thing i will like them to do is add an extra large luggage and they will have a very very excellent luggage set. I have not used this luggage yet, the first use will be 12/06-01/24/2013 on a 36 hours international trip. But from using a lot of luggage on previous international trips, I can tell you went a luggage has a very great quality and will last through rough trips. And this luggage can do that."

"My post on Facebook: I finally broke down and bought new luggage. After ten years of being hauled all over the globe, mine was missing half its hardware, was scraped bare in some places and no bag lady would even take it as a donation. I went to Ebags for a replacement. I've always loved their website and use it for luggage, purses, totes and travel accessories. Their "best of the best" has always been excellent in my opinion and this is what I got - four pieces for $223.99, tax and shipping inclusive ( I think it lists for over $1000 in some places ), 38 lbs total weight for it all, and the 3 luggage pieces all have spinner wheels. It looks very well constructed & I can't wait to use it. I think I'll spray it with Scotchguard in hopes that it will stay nicer looking longer. Amazingly, I ordered it one evening and it arrived two days later! It comes in this color and a gray and red trim"

"I am so pleased with this set. It is distinctive in appearance, very easy to store (all items conveniently nest), contains many compartments for organization and is easy to maneuver during transport. The only complaint that I have is that two very cheap parts were broken on arrival (the locking mechanism that keeps the handle down on the carry-on and one of the clasps on a tie-down strap in the biggest suitcase). It would have been nice if the smallest details were as well-done as the others. Cetainly not enough to pay to send them back - but enough to note in a review."
