"beautiful quality of leather but hardware looks cheap. Was going to send it back but my daughter removed plastic protective coverings and told me to keep it, even though she also thinks the hardware looks poor. Looks like plastic with gold coloring on it. For a bag that originally cost at least$500.00 I would expect better,would not have kept it at full price.Dissapointed!Ebags has excellent service and shipping was very fast."
