"I am retired and purchased this pack as a second carry on for our trip to Hawaii. This is working out very well. I carry 2 bottles of water in the side pockets, maps, ponch, lunch for two, a change of clothes, and snacks for day hikes. As a carry on - it worked great for my lap top, 4 days of clothes (incase they lost our luggage), reading material, snacks,and camel pouch. I have a bad back so having the waist belt with lumbAR support worked out great. I love it. My only problem is with all the clips - it get confussing figuring out which buckle goes to which snap. I WOULD BUY THIS AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT"

"A little on the heavy side empty, But that's fine for me. I like to pack a little heavier on my short day hikes to keep in shape. It is very sturdy,and has a lot of buckles, which depending on how you look at it can be a blessing or a pain. Most of all the pack has held together well, and it very comfortable."

"Great pack! Waist belt is well padded and secures firmly. Shoulder straps adjust from the top as well as the bottom. Main inner storage has place for hydration bladder, nice. Used it on a short 5 mile hike with my wife and boy, worked great. Looking forward to using it in the Sequoia National Park this year."
