"I bought this bag to use for work. I thought it would be large enough to fit a couple of work files and my 15" laptop, but it does not. I do not see how the dimensions could be listed correctly. I loved the bag, it was just not very big... Maybe 15-16" across."

"Tote bags are my thing (my family affectionately calls me "bag lady"), and this is THE ONE I've been searching for my whole adult life. The organizer section is a purse unto itself. The generous end pockets hold water bottles, ear muffs, the porto-speaker for your ipod, an umbrella, whatever. The interior is plenty roomy enough for the stuff you need to drop off or accumulate during your about-towns. And a tote bag with double adjustable straps? Whoever heard of that? They're even long enough to go cross-body in a pinch. Best. Tote. Ever."

"I purchased this bag as I wanted something that I could use for family outings, to the swimming pool, picnics, days out, etc. It is perfect. I love the front flap for my wallet, and personal items. The main compartment is very roomy for changes of clothes, sunscreen, etc. The back slip pocket is handy for a book, or tickets, and the like. The end side pockets are perfect for water bottles. This bag is very well made, I love the fact you can lengthen the straps or shorten them as needed. I will be purchasing this brand again! Thank you!"

"I love the looks of this bag and how well it's made. I think it will hold up well under daily use. The color I chose is a dusky grape....just beautiful. It's a lovely neutral color that goes well with any outfit. AND, it holds all my "stuff" in a very organized manner. I have both a Kindle Touch and a Kindle Fire. I can carry both in separate pockets when I need to. And, I really love the organizer under the front flap. It keeps my essentials readily accessible, while the large interior opens wide for easy access and is good for all my other stuff (wallet, makeup bag, etc.) The straps also stay on my shoulder! Most shoulder bags don't do that...the straps are always slipping off (what a hassle). And, the Sierra's straps are wide enough that they don't dig into my shoulder, so it's comfortable to carry for long periods. I do wish, though, that the Sierra had that little pocket built into the logo like the Donner has. It's cute, and I'd already thought of a couple uses for it. This bag will be my everyday bag, although, it's actually a little bit oversized for my needs. But, the Donner was just a tad too small. It would be nice if Overland made another bag between these two sizes. I should add, though, that even though this is a large carry-all, it isn't clunky looking. This was my first purchase from ebags, but I'm so impressed with their customer service and their free shipping and easy returns that it won't be my last."

"This is the perfect size for travel especially when flying. It holds everything I need with room to spare. It has a zipper top for extra security. I love the blackberry color. I have owned many travel totes (all black) in the past, but this is the perfect size. Although not considered a cross body style, I am able to wear it that way if I need to."
