"I love this bag. I took it on a European train vacation and felt that all of my items..money, passport, iPad, train tickets, hotel reservations, etc. were totally safe. I always carried bottled water, often two, so nice for the space for those. I'm only 5 feet tall and 70 years old so wondered if this bag would be too large or heavy. Happy to say it fit just fine wearing in cross body."

"For me, I've discovered that there is no perfect purse. It has to be great for me to purchase it in the first place but after using it for awhile, there's always some feature that I'd appreciate if it had been incorporated into the design. That said, this shoulder bag comes very, very close. I've had it since July 2012 and use it almost daily, running errands, mostly, and traveling occasionally. It holds a lot of stuff!! The 2 side compartments are great for either a slender water/drink bottle, a compact umbrella, a small point-&-shoot camera, and even my grandchildren's drink bottle on occasion. Even with the bare essentials I tote around, I'm still able to shove a thin sweater or my needlework on top (in the larger compartment) and close the zipper(s). The light apple green lining makes for finding runaway items quite easy. The internal and external pockets make travel documents, grocery lists/coupons, papers/literature easy to grab. But for me, I'd really like a few more. Design-wise, there's room on the internal walls to add this feature. It's been tossed around lots...on the floors of cars, airplanes, and various public places and it still looks like new. I like the adjustable strap because there's times when I need the openings closer to my body. The swivel clips that connect the strap to the purse help untwist the straps, as well. Also, a great feature. I had a difficult time deciding on the color, wanting one of each. But I settled on the blue, which works for most of my daily wear. When it doesn't, I change my purse, but quickly change back to this work horse! My husband made a comment recently that I "don't need to take my luggage all the time". Well, we were going to church, so that's fair. :)"

"Just came back from a trip using this bag. It worked out great. The back pocket was great for the passport and boarding pass going through security. The strap was long and tended to be a problem when stowing the bag underneath the airline seat. Shortening the straps helps but is a nuisance. I figured out, that if I detached the one end, I could fold the strap and tuck it into one of the water bottle pockets. It held everything I needed, including a camera, with room for souvenirs. In fact it held so much it tended to become too heavy. I generally carried two water bottles or a water bottle and an umbrella in the two side pockets. The security features gave piece of mind, although we were fortunate and did not have problems even in pick-pocket prone areas in Spain and Italy. I do think the appearance is a little dowdy and the blue color a bit dull. It held up well-sturdy fabric and rugged construction. The loop handle on the top was a good place to clip things like a small sunscreen container using a carabiner.Am lending to my daughter for her trip. Would buy again."

"I ordered this bag for an upcoming trip to Europe. I was most concerned about security while touring. I also wanted a bag I could carry comfortably and that would hold all I need for a day-long tour. This bag fills the bill. The side pockets can be expanded with the use of snaps so it can hold a telescoping umbrella or a good size water bottle. The slash guard fabric and straps allow me to relax a little so I can enjoy my trip with less concern about slashers, pickpockets or ID thieves. I was surprized at how light weight it is. The bag is roomy and looks nice too. But its not so feminine looking that my husband would feel uncomfortable carrying it. Now, I just have to remember to secure those locks. The security is well worth the price."

"This is my second bag from this line. I bought the Metrosafe 200 originally, and used it for a couple of years with complete satisfaction, but now I need to carry a tablet with me daily, and for a trip to Europe; so I bought this one for that purpose. My friend, who will be traveling with me, will be using my old bag. The organization pockets give me a place for everything, and the safety features give both my husband and myself comfort in keeping my belongings and identity beyond reach of thieves."

"LOVE this bag. The bag is lighter than I thought it would be with the safety features. It has enough room to pack an iPad, SLR camera, and still have a bit of room in it for guide books and/or snacks. The water bottle holders are nice, as well. I particularly liked the pocket that faces me (not outward) where I can put valuables like Passports. And of course, the safety features were a key component in selecting this bag. Highly recommend."

"I bought this for a trip to Europe and was very concerned about the level of pickpocketing. First, it was bigger than I expected-like a small backpack. The long cross body strap was comfortable and easily adjusted. I was able to carry bottled water in the side pocket and it did not get too heavy. The middle pocket was a bit deep and maybe could have used another inside pocket. I had to keep digging for items I placed in there. My favorite feature was the zippers that clipped to the side. I was able to easily unhook and reclip as needed. It helped me feel secure as I navigated very busy airports and tourist destinations. If you are concerned about fashion, I might recommend a smaller purse from this company, but make sure the same zipper features are included."

"I loved this bag. I bought it for a 2 week trip to Europe and was concerned about safety. It turned out to be a great travel bag regardless of whether it provided its safety features. I felt very secure with this bag. It had a great organizational set up with outside pockets for a water bottle and an umbrella. So glad I bought it - great value for the price. I actually was in a place where tourists are warned about thieves cutting the bag off at the shoulder strap and I felt good knowing I had that extra protection. Great value. Could be gender neutral. And the bag never felt heavy, regardless how packed I had it."

"I bought this bag 06/12. I've used it for both international travel and daily use. Likes: *Keeps things organized and has enough space during international travel that I don't need to get to my carry-on; *Yellow interior makes finding small things easy; *Interior space for Ipad; *An exterior zipped pocket on the "body" side which I used for passport/boarding passes that I need to get to w/o having to open main compartment; *Outside pockets hold water bottle and/or umbrella nicely; *Adjustable shoulder strap w/pad works well (for me) for cross body; *Zippers are very smooth & easy to use w/ one hand (while walking I don't have to stop to get into the bag) *Locking mechanisms seem sturdy and useful but I haven't needed to use them yet. *Extras like small space for headphone cord, key clip, pen slots. *The strap on ME (5ƌ") works fine as cross-body. Dislikes: Bag gets too heavy for MY shoulder when loaded w/ water bottle, Ipad, & stuff I take on international travel. Not the bags fault and maybe others have stronger shoulders. I put up with it for short stints. If I'm carrying it for long periods, I forgo the water bottle and sometimes the Ipad if I can. I was thinking I'd like it to convert to a backpack when needed - (not sure how I would "really" like the extra straps) *The fabric is both a like & dislike. I like it for NOT picking up dirt because of its slippery material but I also dislike it as it won't stay put. If I try to swing it more behind me, it slides to my side no matter what and if I put it down it slips to a flat position or off the thing I put it on. Not a deal breaker but annoying. FWIW: Like this bag a lot while I'm IN travel. Will be nice IF I need the security. But for when I get to a destination, I'll look at downsizing as smartphones are getting so powerful."

"This is the best bag I've ever had! It has just enough pockets and the side (expandable but NOT MESH, thank goodness!) are great for my sunglasses and a water bottle. I can carry a day-timer with plenty of room for an I-Pad and make-up bag."
