"Just received this for an international trip. After spending a lot of time looking this is one of the few bags that actually is 21 inches ( a tiny bit more) and meets the International carry on bag dimensions WITH the wheels. Make sure you include the wheels when measuring. Very light and seems easy to handle. I only wish it had a couple of pockets on the outside...has one but since it is a PAC Safe bag less pockets are probably better. Looks like it will work out well!"
