"Purse exterior is hard and stiff. The flap used to close the purse will not stay closed. It looks and feels cheaply made. Very disappointed in the quality."

"I like everything about this bag except for 2 minor things: (1) the straps could be a little longer to stay on the shoulder; and (2) it is a little smaller than I expected based on the picture with the mannequin. But otherwise, I like it and I am happy with it."
