"Loved the look, however the 'ears' on either side of the center clasp didn't lay right, and the purse had an overbearing odor - I sneezed as soon as I opened the bag and airing it out didn't help so I had to return it. Sorry! I could not use the bag at all although above I had to answer 'how frequently do I use the item'. You should have a drop down that says 'I don't use it' or returned if the answer is negative....."
