"I wanted to purchase a fall colored tote and the Piazza Vita tote in Bark seemed to fit the bill. I didn't read much about the bag before I purchased it. The bag has no stiffness at all, so it is isn't suited for me and my busy lifestyle.There are not many pouches so organization would be impossible for me. I decided to not even try to use the bag and just return it. Ebags made it extremely easy to return my purchase: just go to the Easy Returns sections, entered my order number, selected the item I wanted to return, printed the postage paid FedEx label and voila, it was done. It is easy to say "no" to a bag that isn't the best fit for me when the return process is so painless. Thank you ebags! I'm sorry the Vita tote wasn't for me, but I'm sure I'll find something else...."

"This bag is great! I ordered navy blue; the color matches whatever I wear to work easily. Also, as a teacher, I find this bag spacious and excellent for files and my small bags for different things(e.g. markers, pencil case). I'm glad that this bag has such a simple design for me to organize my work stuff the way I want. Plus, it's durable.It's been 5 months since I first used it; the straps are still in good shape, given the fact that my bag is heavy with course readers, files, etc."

"Cute tote - the color I purchased was the flannel grey. There is no organization but I use a purse liner that adds the needed organization. It doesn't seem super durable, but it's a nice size for wallet, water, and a magazine or newspaper."
