"I really like this bag. It's consevatively elegant. I actually bought this for meetings so I could carry a notebook and my laptop. At first I thought it was too big, but I really like it now. -And I really love the pocket in the front that's easily accessible. I usually will throw my keys so I can find them easily or my phone, if I'm in a meeting. I like the handles. I can carry it over my shoulder or not and it doesn't drag on the floor. I love all the organization in side as well. I have a section that I can zip with all my very important papers, a section for other little things, and the other section for my laptop. It's really a great bag. -As to durability, it's holding up well, but I have only used the bag 10-12 times. But I bought it because of the rave reviews!"
