My only complaint is that the underside of the shoulder strap is rough leather, not finished, and little flecks of brown leather come off onto your clothes when you use it the first couple of times. This gets better over time with more usage. Seems they could have spent a bit more time and not much more expense to finish both sides of the strap. But I'm very pleased with this bag overall."
