The quality and stitching is pretty good, however in one area on the side pockets, the zipper has fallen off from the seam. I am hoping that this is covered under their 2 year warranty. "I like the organizer pocket at the front. It has leather sections for pens, my cell phone and business or credit cards. There's also a zippered pocket, leather trimmed, for my passport and the deep pocket behind the pen/cell phone section holds my longzip wallet. There's lots of room in the inside main section of the portfolio for legal sized file folders and even my laptop although I would want to purchase a padded sleeve for it--no padding in the portfolio. Nice caramel coloured cloth lining--easy to see what's inside. Exterior open back pocket is nice for a magazine. The strap is plenty long enough for cross body. I would have preferred it to attach at the sides of the bag instead of to metal loops on the existing handles. I wish the handles somehow retracted. They're just kind of annoying when I use the shoulder strap. Nice leather. Well made."

"I LOVE this bag. It can fit as much as my old clunky Messenger bag but is half the size. Only one thing I'm just a bit disappointed about is the divider between the two sections in the large part of the bag. I wish it was a bit sturdier. Otherwise this is a great bag!"
