"The bag is streamlined, holds everything I need plus some I don't really need. I have converted it to a backpack on several occasions, and I appreciated that ability. I really wanted it for travelling, as I require a backpack at that time while walking around, and I wanted something stylish and not clunky. I now wear it every day and have received several compliments. I agree with other reviewers that it could use more pockets, and the side pocket isn't wide enough for a smart phone. Also, the tan finish faded quickly, but a little shoe polish has helped."

"Great backpack style "purse" that looks good and is not too big, like most backpacks! It is comfortable either way you carry it. The only negative is that the built-in credit card slots are too small! I could not even fit my business cards in, no way normal credit cards fit, which is a bummer. But, overall I am very happy and the purse organizer I had from my last bag fit perfectly in the bottom of this bag to keep the main compartment organized. The bag holds more than you think and works well on the back!"

"This is a nice-looking bag that can be used everyday w/casual or smart casual attire. I bought this as a gift for a nurse for use as an every day purse. The leather appears to be good quality. I purchased the "saddle" colored bag--which looks a little orange in the online photos but has a traditional tanned leather look. This bag is a little narrower than other bags of this style which is one of its purse-like characteristics. Straps seemed a great length for a medium-sized woman, but they might not fit a larger person--especially not over a winter coat."
