"I used this luggage, for the first time, on our family vacation to Cancun in April. When I received my luggage in Cancun, one of the back wheels had broken completely off my largest piece of luggage. I had to try to manuever my fully packed suitcase around the airport and to our hotel."

"THE APPEARANCE IS GREAT AND IT ROLLS NICELY! TOOK IT ON A TRIP WITH NO PROBLEMS. DID GET A LITTLE DIRTY ON THE LEATHER PART BUT WIPED OFF. PLAN TO USE IT AGAIN IN A MONTH!"

"I havent used this yet, but i plan to when i move abroad in a few months. It is beautiful, sturdy, and has some neat pockets that i have not seen on other kinds of luggage. My only complaint is that i wish there was a longer strap on the bag. Other than that i cant wait to use it. The zippers seem strong and the wheels appear pretty reliable as well. Great value!"

"The lugguage is beautiful and well made. Wonderful product. However Right after purchasing on this site, I found the same set for $69.00 elsewhere. Do not order from this company.....I would have been better off ordering elsewhere. The 100 price match policy stated here @ ebags is a lie. Sorry I found ebags. I will NEVER use them again.. My advise to you is to search elsewhere."
