"We bought the cooler to transport cold items from FL to NC for Thanksgiving. Everything that was frozen stayed frozen for the 9+ hours. My husband was impressed and has since used it for local recreational events. I like it's soft sided so when empty it takes up less room than traditional coolers. Will probably buy the smaller size as well."

"We love this cooler. It is bulky to pack in a suitcase, but it is worth it. We travel with it and it keeps things really cold and doesn't leak! We will use it locally too, but we bought it to take with us so we can have food/drink with us while on vacations."

"Having a 30 minute drive from my favorite grocery store, I use the Polar Bear Coolers (I have 2) to keep my frozen and perishable foods the right temperature for my drive home. This is a GREAT quality product, has a nice appearance, and keeps the food frozen. I keep them in the trunk of my car so they are readily available anytime I need them. Very happy with my purchase!"

"Bought this item for a vacation to store water and sodas in the car and on the beach for my family. It's large size was great, it did a great job of holding all our items (just be careful: the large size makes you want to put a lot in it and it becomes very heavy). Recommend it strongly. I am even considering buying a smaller one for smaller day trips with the kids."

"Good weekend cooler. Will hold more than it looks like and keeps ice frozen and does not leak when melts. Easy to carry even when packed full. Better for drinks than food and more difficult to stack containers than through bottles and cans in. Easy to wedge between my cars back seat and front center storage to access while driving. The smaller size (12) was too small and primarily use for large lunches and the bigger one (48) was huge and not sure why you would buy that because if filled almost too heavy to carry. This size is perfect if need a few items for a three day weekend."
