"I am a travel nanny so luggage has to be extremely practical in terms of how it packs, rolls and length of handle. My Zebra from IT had worn out after 16 months in terms of my use, still good enough to give to Goodwill! I had to have a 24" expandable for long travel work jobs and winter jobs. What I like: packs on both sides, polycarbon on sides where a suitcase takes a beating and it's swirling design so maybe won't show scratches as much, bottom has rubber guard across and up about 6" on back, plus 3 handles, top, side and bottom (never had that before) making it easy to grab off. Large zip pocket in front for last minute items or maybe dirty clothes! Inside the expandable part is the bottom which is better than the zipper part and the handle doesn't take as much room as some do. The handle is high and has a good gripper on bottom for easy on the hands. I love that it expands high as spinners are useless with short handles! The inside zipper side has a place for a pair of shoes, see through mesh pocket and the expandable has a zipped pocket inside. The zipped compartment even has a place to put any hanger if you want to do dress or jacket. Also has clips on the bottom to keep the jacket/dress anchored. Mine had the clips but no strap to attach but one quick call to Ricardo and it's being sent to me. Strange but maybe useful: Inside big zipped outside pocket has a holder to attach a buddy suitcase to it. The Ricardo people said to pull it straight out and zip up to it and the zipper can handle the stress, guaranteed! Odd place for it to be and will be curious if zipper stays zipped if used this way? It is light and just packed 14 t's, 3 sweaters, 3 skirts, 1 dressy dress and sweater jacket, 7 jeans, 2 knee high pants, 2 bathing suits, 2 pairs of shoes, water shoes, usual personals, flat laying ebag accessory bag(shampoos etc) and odds and ends we do as we go along.. Weight after packed: 35 lbs. CS: so far-answers phone, emails promptly answers questions"

"Overall it is nice and easy to use. However, I was expecting a completely hardsided suitcase and this is not. That is why I wouldn't purchase again. Have only used once so far and it survived the baggage handlers just fine and barely scratched. Like that one side completely zippers closed to keep small things together."

"Beautiful, well-designed, spacious bag. (Much admired by other travelers) Lightweight. Moves effortlessly on its spinner wheels. BUT -- after just ONE trip, it became marked and scuffed by the rough handling of airport crews. THe shiny black portions have white "skid marks" on every side, making it look rather beat-up very quickly. Quite disappointing. As much as I like this bag in most aspects, I would not buy another for air travel."

"Love this suitcase! It's interior organization system is wonderful and the outside is sturdy. The bags rolls well and is easy to maneuver on hard surfaces. My only complaint is that the strap that holds the clothes in place inside the bag is too short if you have a lot packed into the bag. Otherwise love the bag!"

"it was way more narrow then I expected so I thought I would have a hard time getting in all I need , but surprising the way it is designed I get as much in as a standard 25inch even though it is narrower and slightly shorter"

"Haven't used this yet, but it is really nice looking and has excellent organization inside. I was pleased that the front pocket is large enough to hold my toiletry bag and makeup bag. It is light and rolls nicely too."

"This is about the lightest carry-on spinner I ever had. Although it is too early to tell if its materials and make are durable to last maybe a decade or two, it does look and feel sturdy. I like the many compartments, they make organizing stuffs a lot easier. Good for short trips."

"Nice bag. I use as checked bag not carry on. It measures about an inch loger and wider than described but is a nice medium sized checked bag."

"The 24" was great to pack with the two divided compartments. Slacks, blouses, accessories and pajamas on one side. Undergarments, shoes and toiletries on the other. It was easy to find things, especially when I used the packing cubes; however, next time I will put a post-it on each cube to identify what is in them. I did notice that the wheels wanted to list to the right and I had to keep correcting its path in a forward direction. Is there anything that can be done about this? The purple color was so easy to identify on the carousel and the handles on two sdies helped when removing it. The 24" was plenty roomy for a week's trip; however, I think I shall order the 29" for a 2-week trip to Europe next summer."
