"In fact, I have not use this item yet. But due to my gift to my Sis last year, I bought her a whole set of 28", 24" and 20" and her feed back was good. She used them to travel a few times alread and said that their weights are lite which abled her to pack in more stuffs. The compartments are very handy and user friendly. The shape isn't bulky, the 20" one could easily placed under the frond seat. Over all, her comments are positive so I got myself a 17" for a try out and hope I will give the same rating."

"I love this bag and can't wait to use it on my next trip! It's attractive, appears to be very durable (haven't used it yet), lightweight, and easy to maneuver with the spinner wheels. It's the perfect size to use as a carry-on for airplane travel - big enough to pack a day's worth of clothes,toiletries and other necessities, but small enough to be able to lift up and fit into the overhead bin. "I really liked this bag, It opened the way I like, and had the right number of pockets. The problem is the main zipper.. The track messed up and cannot zip around the corners. I contacted the manufacture re the warranty and I needed to take or mail it to their repair center. Then they would decide if the problem was to abuse or defect. I consider their warranty worthless as it would cost more than it is worth to transport it. I am disappointed in the quality of the bag as I had it less than 6 months."
