"My wife and have made at least one trip a year via major air lines both domestic and International. Our previious luggage was American Tourister and Samsonite. This year my wife and I traveled to London and back and this was the first time in over fifteen years that my or my wife's luggage was not damaged in some way. Not even a scuff mark. It's light weight but it stands up to anythig the baggage handlers can do to it. I highly recommend this luggage."

"Used for two out of country trips. Very durable. The wheels are great for getting around airports as well as uneven terrain such as cobble stone streets and walkways."

"Happy!! We ordered 4 sets of these bags (3 bags to each set)in Black, Silver, Red, & Orange- and they ALL look great! The handles, spinner-wheels, zippers, & expansions all work very well- we tested all 12 bags. Some differences between the sets we noticed are the following: LINING- the Black, Silver, & Orange all have a really nice gray with white "dots" printed lining; the Red has a pink polka dot liner that is pretty "loud" but we'll keep it- it's kind of fun; PROTECTIVE PACKAGING- all the sets arrived in one box per set with each bag sealed inside plastic and the sets were "nested" together- but the Black and Silver sets were especially nicely packed with extra cardboard padding and styrofoam for cushioning; SURPRISE INSIDE- we didn't read that locks were included when we ordered the bags, but surprise! the Black set and the Silver set had a lock included inside each of the bags- total of 6 locks- Note--the locks are silver with a 3 number combination but they are NOT printed with the TSA approval logo; THE PLASTIC CLOSURE ON THE ELASTIC CLOTHING STRAP INSIDE- the Red and Orange bags all have a "push-to-snap-together" closure vs. the Black and Silver bags all have the "twist-together" closure- we think the "twist-together" type might hold-up better over time. We haven't purchased luggage for many years, but decided to take the plunge with these due to the features and the wonderful Black Friday Ebags price- Yea! We think the bags are well-built and the outside texture will help them stand-up to moving college kids back and forth from college, as well as vacations for our family of four. An overall A+ for the bags and for Ebags fast shipping too! Thanks!"

"Have used these items several times now with both domestic and overseas travel. They have been beat up as one would expect, but they are very durable. The wheels are in great shape, and I expect them to last for some time. I also notice more protection from the luggage construction, which is always a relief when packing somewhat fragile or glass items. I found the 22" to be very small, and not very practical for a carry-on or for a 2-day trip, unless you do not need to pack shoes or toiletries."

"Several trips from Costa Rica to various states in the USA. Held up nicely. No scratches no breaks. Awesome especially how they handle luggage in the airports of Latin America!"

"Loved the bags nothing wrong with them when they came. Came 3 days earlier than expected! Very very light weight so u can really load them up with stuff. PERFECT sizes for luggage on a plane. I got the pink and it got pretty scuffed up on the plane but nothing broke. Wheels still work great. The only thing I would suggest is maybe getting a different color so the scuffs and scratches don't show as easily (purple maybe?)"

"WARNING: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! This is the WORST luggage I have ever owned and I have owned plenty. I took a 2 wk vacation to Europe and had to drag these bags through countless airports. The spinner wheels dont spin much less roll, the main reason I bought it. I should have been able to easily maneuver the 2 bags I had as I have done before with better quality bags. I had to pay to rent a luggage cart just so I could get from the curb through check out because again the wheels DO NOT roll. I finally ended up checking my carry-on because the wheels don't function and that was extra money I had to pay. I will be returning this luggage."

"This is a very durable and most-importantly lightweight suitcase. The only downside to the smallest bag is that there is no outer pocket for the toiletries to be quickly removed for the security screening. Other than that these bags are great!"

"Purchased this item a little while back, on sale, and in preparation of an upcoming international flight, based on the overall positive reviews. Very pretty color, very easy to recognize on the carousel -- really brings a smile when it pops up the shoot. I have used the small and medium piece on several flight and car trips, and it has stayed pristine, despite o special precautions or care. I finally completed my international trip, and there was some observable wear, and the smaller piece had some minor damage but remained functional (and that was with multiple "Fragile" stickers all over¿). All items packed remained intact (including some very expensive liquor, some delicate display items, and some porcelain), with the exception of some crush damage to a couple of the outer packaging boxes and a some overspill from a single jar of honey (glass intact and top, still closed). We did buy the suitcase strap, based on reviews/concerns regarding zipper failure, with no issues. The strap did sustain some damage and broke. Wheels worked great, and help up despite some abuse."

"We had read a few reviews about the spinners not rolling, so we tested them as soon as the luggage arrived. They were fine, stayed fine, though we put over 100 lbs in the largest bag, and stuffed it super full, even using the expanding option. This luggage made it to Tokyo and back, including through LAX(everyone there is ill-tempered and abusive to customers, so I can't imagine what they do to the luggage)and Chicago, and home. There were some major scuffs, so I know our luggage was mishandled and dropped. The luggage did not crack or open, even though it was stuffed, and all of out things were undamaged! My husband and I loved this luggage. On the way back, we had to buy another hardshell carry-on in Tokyo. It was about $150.00, and not near the quality of the of our Rockland. The pulling handle was not half as sturdy as the Rockland. We are planning on buying another set of the same luggage!"
