"Overall good, but the zippers on the back don't allow for a magazine to fit, bad design. Also, the zippers are crappy, only will function if the bag is literally lined up perfectly with both tracks together."

"The luggage looks very nice and functioned well for the first few uses. After 3 times--the zippers started falling off and tearing away from the luggage. Seems to be made cheaply--or perhaps its the combo hard case that makes zipping a challenge. At any rate, my boyfriend is not happy with the gift--and very disappointed he's only used for the first quarter of the year and all three bags have the same issue."

"I have been very pleased with this luggage set. It looks beautiful,and the plum easy to spot at the airport! The set is lightweight, the hard bottom soft everywhere else is great. Unlike other hard suitcases is that you cant expand it, with the hybrid I am able to use the zipper to expand if I need more space. Also unlike other hard sets I am able to store small items that I would like quick assess to in the front zipper. The inside lining zips open for easy access to fix the handle (if it should get of track) the additional compartments on the inside are also very handy to separate your personals. I have only traveled with this set once and the 4 rotating wheels made it very easy to handle and maneuver through airports and hotels etc."

"First time using for air travel and 2 of the 3 bags are broken. Hard shell collapsed and had a hole in it and zippers were broken on another. Don't buy!!! Waste of Money!!!"

"This set was purchased as a gift for my mother. She loves them and has gotten many compliments on them in the first couple of months of use. They're very easy to roll, lightweight, and well organized, and she likes the pocket access provided by the hybrid construction. The only negative was a couple of quality issues with the largest bag: (1) the none-too-resilient zipper pulls were broken off during airline handling on her first trip (we fixed that problem with improvised pulls made of leather strips); and (2) the expansion section zipper often doesn't zip closed properly--the teeth don't mesh--and must be fiddled with to make it work. We contemplated exchanging it for a new bag, but the set had to be exchanged as a whole. Since she's still traveling and didn't want to be without luggage entirely until the exchange was made, she decided to live with the defective bag as it is. We'll see how they hold up over time¿"
