"I actually purchased this for a coworker for his birthday. He appeared to really love it and I inspected it well for when I get an I pad. It is very sturdy and will protect the Ipad very well. It is expensive looking and of very good quality. My preference will be to have a case with the ability to fold the cover back and out of the way from where I'm working. Right now the cover lies flat on the work surface perpendicular to the screen but in front of the screen , towards you rather than back and away which it would do if it could be folded back. It is a little bulky/thick and does not sit flat. The inside of this case is an attractive synthetic fabric like course velvet and I imagine that it will hold several business cards well and the second flap designed to hold notes will not slide in and out too easily. This can be good in that whatever you place in there won't come flying out. I like the zipper closure that will secure its contents."

"I love my red portfolio and use it everyday for my iPad 2. Don't think it's real leather, though. Pleather? But it is sturdy and durable. A little heavy when carrying in my shoulder bag. If it's not perfectly placed on the Velcro, I find it a little difficult to zip up. But that's not really a major problem. It would be nice if it had a place for a name tag/label for identifying purposes. However, it is very sophisticated in appearance and protects my iPad quite well. I highly recommend it."

"I LOVE this case. First of all, the zipper keeps my iPad safely stored. I don't need to worry about transporting my iPad and something inadvertently scratching it. The leather is both sturdy and attractive. The iPad is enclosed in a case, within the zippered case. I can turn the iPad horizontally or vertically and Velcro it safely into the case. The interior pockets are convenient for storage of papers/business cards. In addition there's a spot for a pen or stylus. As in all leather, since it's new, it's a little stiff. It doesn't quite lay open as far as it should, but given time and use, it will stay open. (Just an observation, not a complaint!) If attractive, sturdy, and professional looking are your goals for a case, this is the case for you!"
