"I'm giving this a negative rating because I was shipped the plain front Royce Leather Passport Jackets instead of the engraved in the leather front Royce Leather Passport Jackets. After numerous attempts with customer service and live chats, I have never received any information about returning the ones I received and the order fulfillment department has never shipped me the correct jackets. I am very unhappy at this point."
