"Well, I just recieved my bag in the georgeous saddle color. I like the bag: it is very roomy, lot's of pockets, and it just looks great. However, I was expecting the leather to be softer(at least that's how it looked like on the website). It is really rough and sturdy. Besides, the handle has minor scratches. I'm not going to return the bag since it was the ONLY one, yet I think it is unacceptable for a bag with this price to come even with the smallest scratches. I had better experiences with EBAGS. :-/"
