"I've enjoyed using this briefcase with one notable exception. The lid supports are far too weak to hold open the briefcase without using one hand to hold it up -- even without any files in the lid dividers. This annoying failure severely detracts from an otherwise useful and aesthetically pleasing case. When I contacted Samsonite customer support online to inquire about replacing the supports, I was given an address for another company that apparently makes the case for Samsonite. It would have thought that Samsonite would forward all the information that I had submitted online. I consider this poor customer service."

"This attache' is a great value. The hubby uses it several time a week for meetings. He stated if there was a storage rating he would have rated it a 9 because he could have used one more inch but, he is happy with it. It was given as a gift and he seems to really like it. As the gift giver it is nice to see him enjoy it."
